How does it work?

We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase from Aries Outlets. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer you the option to return the product.

Return conditions:

The goods should preferably be returned in the original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order. After approval, you have 7 days to ship the product.

The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer.

1. Register

You can only request a return within the first 14 days after receiving your order. What to include in the email:

• Reason

• Order number

• Name/address details as per the order
  Ensure you return the product in its original condition/original packaging.

2. Packaging

Pack your goods. Don't forget to remove or cover the old shipping label. Instructions:

Pack the package as you received it.

Ensure the package is packed so that it arrives undamaged at Aries Outlets.

Print out the delivery note and include it with the return package.

Stick the return label over the old shipping label.

3. Shipping

Drop off the package at a post office. Keep the receipt until we have processed your return. You are responsible for the shipping and ensuring that the return package arrives properly with us! We cannot assume responsibility if your package is not correctly registered and does not reach us.

4. Refund

After receiving your return, we check the products for any damage and/or signs of use. If everything is in order, we will refund the purchase price within 5 working days via the original payment method.

Please note: Pack the item carefully and, if possible, in the original packaging. Ensure the package is properly packed and sealed. You are legally obligated to handle the product carefully to avoid damage. Aries Outlets reserves the right to demand compensation for damages to products that occurred due to insufficient packaging.
